<p>유00씨는 지난해 4월 19일 통영 한 거리에서 80대 피해자가 작업대출을 위해 한00씨의 동생에게 소액결제를 하게 하는 등 약 830만 원에 이르는 빚을 생성시키자 한00씨와 같이 자금을 받기 위해 주먹 등으로 수차례 폭행한 혐의 등으로 기소됐다.</p>
